All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Please note that the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.

Carriage Costs

The delivery charges quoted on the website cover delivery via Interlink Express courier and will be at your expense. Please contact us if you require special delivery services, prices for which will be quoted upon request.

Standard delivery is normally via overnight next-day courier, when placed before 3pm, and charged at £7.20 per order in Great Britain and £25 in Northern Ireland.

For orders over £65 in value the delivery cost is waived, excluding Northern Ireland.

We do offer the facility to buy online and collect in person from our warehouse at Unit 2 The Polygon, 4th Way, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 8DP. Collections in person must be done between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday Only. (excluding public holidays)

Payments

Our preferred way of taking payment is Credit or Debit Card secured transaction via Paypal. We do not store credit/debit card details. If you prefered not to pay by card, please contact us so we can advise you accordingly.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission from Bristol Twenty Coffee Company

In the event that a Bristol Twenty Coffee Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bristol Twenty Coffee Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bristol Twenty Coffee Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bristol Twenty Coffee Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Bristol Twenty Coffee Company without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Pounds Sterling. If in doubt about the conversion rate to currencies other than Sterling, please e-mail us with the details of your order and we will calculate the accurate price in your own currency before accepting the order. Payments via this website will be processed in pounds sterling (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).

Tariffs, Taxes & VAT

All £ Sterling prices on the Bristol Twenty Coffee Company website are quoted inclusive of local taxes (including VAT) where applicable.

Please note that Bristol Twenty Coffee Company cannot honour orders placed outside of the UK or orders placed within the UK for delivery outside of the UK.

Shipping Methods

Orders are sent to you Interlink Express Courier and will require a signature on delivery.

An text message will be sent to you, once your order has been dispatched for delivery, if a mobile phone number was provided when placing the order.

We will always try to dispatch your goods within 3 days of receipt of order, assuming we have the item/s in stock. Delivery to UK addresses is usually the next working day. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.

Should your order be affected by items bring out of stock or unavailable we will notify you immediately and endeavour to find a suitable alternative.

Invoices & Receipts

We send a receipt for all orders, either with the goods or to follow in the post, except those sent to third parties as Gifts. In these cases we send a separate receipt direct to the purchaser.

Returns Policy

Bristol Twenty Coffee Company operates a full 15-day Returns Policy. We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt, with it’s original packaging and label, insurance covered and post-paid, together with the receipt we sent you. Please let us know ahead by contacting us, stating the reason for returning the goods. Before sending the items back to us, you must wait for us to send you a confirmation of return, which will give you further instructions to help you send the goods back to us.

Once the goods are with us, we will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a credit card purchase will be refunded through your credit card account). Please note that the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order. If you do so and the product has already been dispatched please refer to the above return policy.

Please note that return policy does not apply to Bespoke orders, we will of course always try to accommodate you the best way we can.

Descriptions and Product Information

We have made every effort to represent all of our products as accurately as possible. However due to differences in monitors we are unable to guarantee that the packaging you will see on your monitor will reflect the true packaging of the product. If you have any questions about the product you may of course contact us.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.

Defaulted Products

In the event you should receive a product that presents a default, please get in touch with us so we can arrange exchange or refund.

Please do not send us the goods before getting in touch with us.

Title to the Goods

Title for goods belongs to Bristol Twenty Coffee Company until your full payment is cleared, at which point it transfers to you in its entirety.

Discounts and vouchers

A discount cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Bristol Twenty Coffee Company reserves it’s right to deny a purchase that would have resulted from a misuse of a promotion code.

Discounts can apply to gift cards products. Please note that in case of a refund the gift card will be refunded at the price it was purchased.

Unavailable Goods

In the event that we cannot ship your whole order within 72 hours of receipt, we will usually dispatch a part order and notify you with regard to items delayed through lack of stock. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your choice of goods for some while, or at all, we will contact you for instructions. Providing a telephone number or e-mail address with your order makes it easier for us to contact you in this event.

The payment can be refunded fully, or we can arrange an exchange. If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for your information, as we do not retain credit
card information from our customer

Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts. In the event of disagreement between Bristol Twenty Coffee Company and its clients, which cannot be mutually resolved in a reasonable time period, customers are invited to participate in a mediation process to settle the dispute. However, this is not compulsory and does not affect the consumer’s rights to bring legal proceedings against Bristol Twenty Coffee Company. If the mediation process is agreed, then either party may ask the Institute of Directors (UK) to appoint a mediator to settle any dispute before bringing the matter into the legal process. In this event, both parties agree to be bound by the decisions of such mediator and mediation process.
