Fruit -Tea Berry Ice Lolly

INGREDIENTS:

6 heaped tsp Bristol Twenty Berry Loose Leaf Tea
Our tea includes: Apple Pieces, Hibiscus, Rosehip, Orange Pieces, and Redberry

600ml freshly boiled water
1 teaspoon sugar
Ice lolly moulds and wooden sticks

METHOD:

Brew the infusion in the freshly boiled water for 5-10 minutes and strain.
Add sugar and taste – if you’ve got a sweet tooth, feel free to add a little more.
Pour into an ice lolly mould and place in the freezer for 1–1.5 hours.
Add wooden ice lolly sticks as the liquid starts to become hard, then return to the freezer. Remove when completely frozen and enjoy.

Frui -Tea Peach Ice Lolly

Sweetbird has taken the juice of plump peaches and added real tea extract to create this classic iced tea syrup blend. The perfect and easy addition for Iced Frui-Tea Lollies.

INGREDIENTS:

6 pumps Sweetbird Peach Iced Tea Syrup
600ml water
1 teaspoon sugar
Ice lolly moulds and wooden sticks

METHOD:

In a jug, add the water and syrup, to combine
Pour into an ice lolly mould and place a small slice of fresh peach into each one.
Place in the freezer for 1–1.5 hours.
Add wooden ice lolly sticks as the liquid starts to become hard, then return to the freezer. Remove when completely frozen and enjoy.
