Each of our engineers has a stock of spares enabling us to achieve a high level of first time fixes. To back up our engineers and give our customers peace of mind, we hold a stock of loan machines we make available in the event we cant fix your machine right away. This enables us to ensure you can continue to trade whilst we carry out repairs in our purpose-built workshop.
INSTALLATION
Having your machine installed by a trained espresso engineer is the first step to maintaining a reliable coffee machine. Any equipment supplied by us will include installation, set-up and training as standard. We provide a one year parts and labour warranty on all our equipment which can be extended to suit your requirements.
CALCIUM PROTECTION
Calcium deposits (lime scale) are the single largest cause of coffee machine failure. We provide calcium treatment units which reduce the amount of calcium in the water entering you coffee machine. This prevents calcium build up and ultimately machine failure. These units are to be replaced on an annual or six monthly basic depending on water through-put.
MACHINE SERVICES
Preventative maintenance is the key to minimising costly down time. We have many levels of preventative maintenance all tailored to the needs of your espresso machine. We can carry out routine preventative maintenance on site or we have the facilities carry out a full off site service and de-scale. For optimum reliability we recommend an annual on site service.
BARISTA TRAINING
With our barista training you can be sure to achieve the high levels of skill and presentation now expected by coffee consumers world wide. With years of experience within the catering industry and intimate knowledge of coffee and preparation techniques we have the knowledge to help you get the best from your coffee and tea equipment.
EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN
In the event of coffee machine failure we are on-call to assist. We endeavour to maintain a same day response to all major failures and repairs of a less urgent nature can be arranged for more flexible times.
GRINDER SERVICES
Never under estimate the importance of regular grinder services. Build-up of coffee oils and grind blade wear, leads to poor grinder performance. We can service your grinder and fit new grinder blades ensuring you get the best possible results from you coffee.
