Christmas Cookie Tea

Brew yourself a cup of festive cheer with this luxurious fruity, Christmasy treat. We’ve taken the essence of Christmas flavours and blended them in just the right proportions to give a fruity, warming, spicy cup that will make you want to wear a Christmas hat when you drink it.

The ingredients for this tea contain Hibiscus and Rosehip shells for colours, apple pieces and orange peel for sweetness and zestiness and cinnamon and ginger to complete this festive flavour profile!

Rory's Tasting Notes:

The liquor is bright red with a beautiful bouquet and superb sweet and fruity flavour that simply tastes of everything that's Christmas! Try adding honey. 

Red Berry Fruit Tea

Red Berry Fruit Tea is packed with flavoursome fruitiness, this caffeine-free infusion features rosehip, hibiscus, apple, orange and red berry flavours. A vibrant collection of red berry fruits gives a wonderful aroma with a rich fruit taste.

Rory's Tasting Notes:

The scarlet liquor has a sweet, forest berry aroma and the infusion is perfectly balanced between sweet and tart notes.

Steeping Guidelines:

Steep for 5 minutes.

Polar Espresso

A truly delicious blend with warming, fragrant notes. A gorgeous blend of Colombia - Las Acacias Estate, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Monsooned Malabar. Combining chocolatey, fruity and spicy flavour notes to create a warming festive cup. The perfect way to warm those frosty weekday mornings and to enjoy with friends in the early evenings.

Rory's Tasting Notes:

Smooth chocolate, candied citrus and warm spice notes of nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.

Brew ratio: 1:2.25

Extraction Time: 30-35 Seconds

Gingerbread White Hot Chocolate 

Perfect for Christmas gatherings or a comforting treat on a chilly winter day, this recipe combines the rich sweetness of Zuma white hot chocolate with the warming spice of ginger syrup. 

Ingredients:

Method:

Combine the white hot chocolate and syrup in a cup. Add a splash of hot water and mix to a smooth paste. Add steamed milk, stirring as you pour.

Caramel Latte

This sweet indulgent drink offers a cosy and flavourful experience.

Ingredients:

Method:

Add the caramel syrup to the milk and steam together until frothy. Pour into a mug and top with a shot of espresso.
