Coming from a number of smallholder farmers across the Bies, Gegarang, Jagong, and Bintang areas, the principal of there being Bies. 70% of the smallholder households here are women producers. -

Monsooned Malabar
Dark Roast
A special coffee from southern India with a unique flavour, produced by recreating the "monsooned" effect. The raw beans are left exposed to the Monsoon winds and this high humidity slowly softens their character and removes and trace of acidity. The resulting coffee is incredibly soft with a distinctive aged character.
