Here at Bristol Twenty we have already been heating up those chilly mornings by experimenting with some new recipes in time for autumn, and we’re ready to share them with you. From Apple Pie Hot Chocolate to a Honeycomb Beet Latte, get inspired for the change of season.
Chilli Hot Chocolate
A fiery kick to warm you on those chilly mornings,
this is one of our favourite new bristol coffee recipes.
- 1 scoop Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate
- 1 pump Chilli syrup
- Steamed Milk
- Add hot chocolate, syrup and a dash of hot water to the cup
- Mix into a smooth past
- Top with steamed milk
Sweet Beet Honeycomb Latte
If you want to skip the coffee,
try this sweet beet honeycomb latte.
- 1 scoop Zuma Organic Beetroot Powder
- 1 pump Honeycomb Syrup
- Oat Milk
- Add beetroot and syrup to cold milk
- Steam milk.
- Pour to serve.
- Dust with a small amount of beetroot powder
Gingerbread Mocha
No autumn recipe list would be complete
without gingerbread.
- 2 pumps Gingerbread Syrup
- 1 scoop Zuma Dark chocolate
- Steamed milk
- Double espresso (we recommend Colombia Las Acacias)
- Add double espresso and syrup to a cup
- Steam milk with the Zuma hot chocolate
- Pour chocolate into cup
- Dust with chocolate powder
Raspberry and Matcha Latte (ve)
A completely vegan culinary mavel combining
raspberry, matcha and coconut milk.
- 2 pumps Raspberry Purée
- 1 mini scoop Zuma Matcha
powder - Steamed Coconut Milk
- Combine matcha powder
with a splash of hot water
and add the purée in a cup - Add steamed coconut milk,
stirring as you pour
Apple Pie Hot Chocolate
A delicious twist of a classic hot chocolate
with the comforting flavours of apple pie.
- 1 scoop Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate
- 1 pump Toffee Apple Syrup
- 1 pump Cinnamon Syrup
- Steamed Milk
- Combine hot chocolate, syrups and milk in a jug
- Steam milk
- Pour to serve
- Dust with cinnamon
Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
No Autumn recipe list would be complete
without spicey pumpkin.
- Ice
- Milk
- 2 pumps Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- ½ scoop Vanilla Bean frappe
- Half fill a 12oz cup with ice
- Fill cup with milk (to 1cm below the top)
- Pour contents of cup into blender
- Add syrups and frappe
- Put the lid on tightly then blend to smooth
Chocolate Honeycombe Happe
A sweet treat for those that love honeycomb.
- ½ Scoop Frappe mix
- ½ Scoop Zuma Dark Chocolate
- Dash Honeycomb Syrup
- Steamed Milk
- Add frappe to syrup and a dash of hot water
- Stir into a smooth paste
- Top with steamed milk, stirring as you pour
Speculoos and Caramel Steamer
A sweet and spicy winter warmer.
Speculoos syrup has all the delicious flavours of a spicy biscuit.
- 1 pump Caramel Sauce
- 2 pumps Speculoos Syrup
- Steamed milk
- Add syrup and sauce to a cup
- Pour steamed milk over the
top, stirring as you pour
Dirty Chai
A brand new Bristol coffee recipe,
we add a double espresso to liven up the traditional chai.
- 1 scoop Zuma Chai
- Double espresso (we recommend Formula 442)
- Steamed milk
- Add syrup and espresso to cop
- Top with steamed milk
S’mores Cappuccino
A delightful twist on a classic hot chocolate, just add 1 pump
of S’more latte and be transported back to those long night
around the campfire.
- 1 pumps S’mores Syrup
- Double Espresso (we recommend Heritage Blend)
- Foamed milk
- Add syrup and espresso to cup
- Top with foamed milk
- Dust with chocolate powder
Spiced Mango Smoothie
A hot and spicy treat for the fruit lovers,
complete with a healthy dose of tumeric.
- 50ml Mango smoothie
- Turmeric chai
- Hot water
- Pour th mango smoothie into a cup
- Add the Tumeric chai and stir
- Top with hot water, stirring as you pour
Hazelnut Hot Chocolate
Infuse the classic hot choclate with the
rich aroma of hazelnut.
- 2 pumps Hazelnut Syrup hot
- 1 scoop hot chocolate powder
- Steamed milk
- Combine 1 scoop hot
chocolate powder with
a splash of hot water - Add two pumps of syrup
- Add steamed milk, stirring
as you pour - Decorate with whipped
cream
