Hot Chocolate Sachets - 100 x 23gm
Our new hot chocolate sachets are made using a traditional Dutch chocolate recipe, incorporating top-quality chocolate from one of Europe’s most esteemed manufacturers. During the Dutch process the cocoa is washed with a potassium carbonate solution. The solution neutralises the acidity of the chocolate to a pH of 7 and gives it a rich dark brown colour. The process gives the chocolate a smoother, softer, earthy flavour which is more palatable than natural cocoa.
